JJC Tours Punta Cana

Bilingual booking site for a Punta Cana excursion operator, with published USD pricing across its tour catalogue, PayPal checkout and an admin CRM behind it for quotes, deposits and customer follow-up.

Challenge
Most excursion operators in this market quote on request over chat, so the site needed to do the opposite: show real prices for a catalogue of more than a dozen tours, take payment online, and still leave room for custom private trips.
Solution
We published USD pricing per tour with hotel pickup included, added PayPal checkout for standard tours and a quote request path for private trips, and connected both to an admin CRM where inquiries, deposits and payment links are handled in one place.

Signature Punta Cana

Site for a premium Punta Cana nightlife venue, built around VIP table and bottle-service reservations taken directly rather than through third-party promoters.

Challenge
A late-night venue sells atmosphere first, so the site had to carry that on a phone screen and then convert it into a direct table reservation instead of sending guests to a promoter or a private message.
Solution
We built a dark, image-led layout that leads with the room itself, set out VIP table and bottle-service options clearly, and put a direct reservation path within reach on every screen.

Tourism & Hospitality

Can direct booking coexist with third-party travel channels?

Yes. The channel strategy depends on inventory, agreements, operations, and guest demand. Direct journeys can strengthen brand relationships and first-party context while approved channel-manager or reservation integrations keep availability and policy handling consistent.

How should a Tourism & Hospitality organization prioritize digital improvements?

We begin with evidence rather than a feature list. A recurring challenge such as “Dependence on high-commission third-party channels” is weighed against its effect on customers, revenue, operational workload, and risk. Capabilities such as “Story-led destination and property content” are then sequenced by dependency, effort, and provable value. This gives the first release an important problem to solve while creating a useful foundation for later improvements.

Can the new experience work with our existing platforms and systems?

Often, but every connection must be verified before it is promised. We review account ownership, permissions, data quality, APIs, limits, security, and failure recovery. For Tourism & Hospitality, likely connection points such as Property or tour reservation systems and Payment gateways are evaluated against the real workflow. We retain tools that perform their job well and replace only what creates friction, risk, or duplicated work.

How do you connect marketing, conversion, and service delivery?

We design one measurable journey connecting Imagine with Prepare and return. Content, calls to action, forms, automation, and follow-up share context so customers do not have to start again in every channel. Ownership and exception paths are also defined so the public experience matches what the team can reliably deliver.
