Challenge and opportunity

What usually gets in the way

Digital platforms for brokerages, developers, agents, and property marketplaces that connect inventory, market context, trust, and lead follow-up.

  • Inventory changes faster than websites are updated
  • Portals generate leads without enough qualification context
  • International buyers need clarity on process and ownership
  • Follow-up is fragmented between agents and channels

DRApartmentFinder

Multilingual rental marketplace for the Dominican Republic, covering Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Santiago, Las Terrenas and Sosúa, with verified listings, filtered search and agent tools for managing inquiries.

Challenge
Rental listings in the Dominican Republic are spread across social posts and messaging groups, where nothing is comparable and nothing is verified, so the platform had to give renters structured search and give agents a credible place to publish.
Solution
We built a marketplace with filtered search by city, price, property type and rental term, a verification layer for listings and professionals, agent tools for handling inquiries, and an interface in five languages so renters searching from abroad can use their own.

Can property listings be synchronized automatically?

Only when the inventory provider exposes an approved, reliable feed or API. Field mapping, update frequency, removal status, image rights, duplicate behavior, and failure alerts are confirmed before synchronization; otherwise a clear managed workflow is safer.

How should a Real Estate organization prioritize digital improvements?

We begin with evidence rather than a feature list. A recurring challenge such as “Inventory changes faster than websites are updated” is weighed against its effect on customers, revenue, operational workload, and risk. Capabilities such as “Searchable, structured property inventory” are then sequenced by dependency, effort, and provable value. This gives the first release an important problem to solve while creating a useful foundation for later improvements.

Can the new experience work with our existing platforms and systems?

Often, but every connection must be verified before it is promised. We review account ownership, permissions, data quality, APIs, limits, security, and failure recovery. For Real Estate, likely connection points such as MLS, feed, or inventory systems and CRM and lead routing are evaluated against the real workflow. We retain tools that perform their job well and replace only what creates friction, risk, or duplicated work.

How do you connect marketing, conversion, and service delivery?

We design one measurable journey connecting Explore with Progress. Content, calls to action, forms, automation, and follow-up share context so customers do not have to start again in every channel. Ownership and exception paths are also defined so the public experience matches what the team can reliably deliver.
