Our process

Do you work with organizations outside the Dominican Republic?

Yes. The agency is based in Punta Cana and is structured for remote work with clients worldwide. Project communication can run in English or Spanish, with agreed meeting windows, written decisions, and a clear owner for every next step.

What kinds of engagements do you take on?

Work can begin with strategy, brand, a website, ecommerce, product design, custom software, CRM, automation, search, or ongoing technical care. Discovery is used to confirm the useful scope; a larger system is not recommended when a focused improvement or existing tool is the better answer.

How are scope, timing, and price decided?

They are based on the outcomes, responsibilities, dependencies, content, integrations, and review process agreed during discovery. You receive a written scope and commercial terms before project work begins; no public estimator result replaces that agreement.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership, licenses, third-party services, and handover responsibilities are stated in the project agreement. Domains and vendor accounts should normally be held in the client organization’s name, and handover includes the access and documentation listed in the approved scope.

Can you work with our existing team or vendors?

Yes. A project can be structured around an internal marketing, design, product, engineering, sales, or operations team. Responsibilities, decision rights, source files, environments, and acceptance criteria are documented so collaboration does not depend on assumptions.

Do you support English and Spanish experiences?

Yes. English and Spanish are supported as separate, intentional experiences with localized navigation, content, metadata, and URLs. French and Haitian Creole are planned architecture options, but they should not launch until real translations are reviewed and approved.
