Accessibility Statement

What we have done to make this site usable for everyone, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Last updated:

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the standard we hold this site to, and the standard we apply to the sites we build for clients.

What is in place

  • Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone
  • A visible focus indicator shows where you are, and it is never removed
  • A "skip to main content" link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches
  • Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background
  • Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels with spacing between them
  • Headings follow a logical order and are not used purely for visual size
  • Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text
  • Form fields have visible labels, and errors are announced and linked to the field
  • Colour is never the only way information is conveyed
  • The interactive 3D scene is decorative, has a text description, and is replaced by a static illustration when animation is reduced

Reduced motion

If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are disabled and the 3D hero is replaced with a static illustration. Nothing moves, auto-plays or parallaxes.

Known limitations

Content added after launch — particularly images uploaded through the admin — depends on whoever adds it providing good alternative text. We check this periodically, and the admin dashboard prompts for alt text on every upload.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult to use, please contact us and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. We treat accessibility problems as defects, not feature requests, and we will fix them.
