We aim to keep everything here accurate and current. Descriptions of services, timelines and any indicative price ranges are provided for guidance and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement exists only in a written quote or contract signed by both parties.
Estimates and quotes
Any figure produced by the project estimator on this site is an indicative range based on the options selected. It is not a quote. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope, content, integrations and timeline, and is always confirmed in writing before work begins.
Project work
- Scope, deliverables, timeline and payment schedule are set out in a written agreement before work starts
- Timelines assume content, images and feedback are provided when agreed
- You confirm you have the right to use any content, images or trademarks you supply
- On final payment, ownership of the delivered work passes to you
- We may reference completed work in our portfolio only with your permission
Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, mapping or scheduling tools. Those services have their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos shown in the portfolio remain the property of their owners and are used with permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you engage us is the version that applies to that engagement.
