Privacy Policy

How this website collects, uses and protects your information.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you submit a form on this site. Depending on the form, that can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, country, city, industry, and the details you write about your project.

We also record limited technical information with each submission: the page you submitted from, the referring website, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, the language you were browsing in, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used to prevent abuse.

We do not store your raw IP address. It is hashed with a secret salt, which lets us stop repeated abuse without keeping data that identifies you.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
  • To schedule and confirm consultations you request
  • To keep a record of the enquiry while we work together
  • To protect the site from spam and automated abuse
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages generate enquiries

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working: they remember your language choice, your cookie preferences, and keep forms secure. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics and marketing tools only load if you consent. Until you choose, no optional script runs and no optional cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that operate this site on our behalf — our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and any analytics tools you have consented to. Each processes data only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Analytics records are aggregated and contain no form contents. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on this page and we will respond.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Administrative access requires an individual account with a hashed password, and important changes are recorded in an audit log.
