Helio Cleaning

Bilingual site for a Punta Cana cleaning company covering villas, Airbnb turnovers, offices, pools and deep cleans, with tailored quote requests, online booking and an AI assistant that answers service questions.

Challenge
Pricing depends on property type, size and service, so a single flat price list would have been wrong for most visitors. The site had to gather the right details before quoting, in English and Spanish, across Punta Cana, Bávaro and Cap Cana.
Solution
We built a quote flow that asks about the property and service before giving a figure, paired it with online booking, customer accounts and a WhatsApp route, and added an AI assistant to handle routine questions outside working hours.

JJC Tours Punta Cana

Bilingual booking site for a Punta Cana excursion operator, with published USD pricing across its tour catalogue, PayPal checkout and an admin CRM behind it for quotes, deposits and customer follow-up.

Challenge
Most excursion operators in this market quote on request over chat, so the site needed to do the opposite: show real prices for a catalogue of more than a dozen tours, take payment online, and still leave room for custom private trips.
Solution
We published USD pricing per tour with hotel pickup included, added PayPal checkout for standard tours and a quote request path for private trips, and connected both to an admin CRM where inquiries, deposits and payment links are handled in one place.

Web Design

Does web design include development?

Design and development can be combined or scoped separately. A design-only engagement ends with approved responsive screens, behavior, content hierarchy, components, and handoff specifications; a build engagement also covers production implementation and launch criteria.

What should a responsible Web Design engagement include?

Scope begins with the outcome the organization needs, the people who will use the solution, and the technical or operational constraints already in place. For Web Design, deliverables such as Experience and content strategy, Information architecture and wireframes, Responsive visual design are confirmed during discovery alongside responsibilities, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and exclusions. This lets the team compare options clearly and prevents important work from appearing later as a surprise.

How do you choose the technology and approach for Web Design?

We do not begin with a predetermined platform. Audience, content, workflows, integrations, security, accessibility, performance, internal skills, and operating cost are evaluated first. Methods such as Journey and content mapping, Responsive prototyping, Accessibility-first interface design are used when they reduce a real uncertainty. Existing tools are retained when they perform well and replaced only when they limit the outcome or create unnecessary risk.

How is Web Design work organized and reviewed?

The engagement moves through visible stages such as Discover, Define, Design. Each stage has clear decisions, owners, inputs, and approval criteria. Reviews stay focused on objectives and evidence rather than visual preference alone. Communication, system access, content delivery, testing, change control, and the person authorized to approve each milestone are also agreed before production begins.

How will we know whether the Web Design investment is working?

A baseline and useful indicators are defined before production. The objective may include Clearer journeys for priority audiences, alongside improved comprehension, task completion, conversion, inquiry quality, performance, search visibility, or reduced manual work. We also document who owns each data source, how often it should be reviewed, and what decision should change when the evidence reveals a problem or opportunity.
